The privacy policy statement is given to clients at the initial signing of the client contract and mailed or emailed once annually. The CCO will document the date the PPS was mailed to each client for each year. Deep Blue Financial, LLC collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
• Information about your transactions with us or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

Deep Blue Financial, LLC restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Deep Blue Financial, LLC maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

This website is a set of fixed pages. It has no login, no account area and no client portal.

• No cookies. This site does not set cookies of any kind, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on any page.
• No third-party requests. Every image, style and font on this site is served from this site. Your browser is not asked to contact any other company in order to display these pages.
• No forms. There is no contact form and no newsletter sign-up form. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

If you email or telephone us, we keep that correspondence as part of our books and records, as an investment adviser is required to do. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which normally include an IP address, the page requested and the time. We do not use those logs for advertising.

Where we link to another organisation’s website, such as adviserinfo.sec.gov, that organisation’s own privacy practices apply once you leave this site. We do not control them.
